Hi guys and girls,
I'm looking for someone to move in to my 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 carpark Apartment in St. Kilda East. We are located 30 meters from dandenong rd, where there are frequent trams heading in and out of the city. Takes less than 5 mins on tram to chapel st and about 10 mins to walk.
The apartment is fully furnished all, accept the available bedroom.
Apartment has:
- Reverse cycle heating and air conditioning
- Fully functioning kitchen with applicances ie, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave,
George foreman grill and steamer.
- Walk in pantry for food + storage
- Laundry with washing machine
- Spacious outdoor balcony with BBQ
- Secure underground parking
- Room has large sized built in wardrobes
I am = 26 yr old male
Work = fitness, fashion, music.
Interests = music / having fun with friends / fashion / sport / anything creative
Personality = easy going / clean / honest / love a good chat / respectful
