| Hi! We are looking for a friendly male or female to fill the final room in our modern 3 bedroom, 3 story townhouse! We all work full time so need some peace and quiet here and there but enjoy new experiences in Sydney as we are all freshly located from Melbourne!

2 bathrooms
3 toilets
Plenty of quiet road parking
Spacious dining (Indoor and Outdoor) and lounge
Small guest room with blackout curtains for privacy
You will be living with:
Dean (AFL player/my bf)
Em (surf instructor) and
Myself (secondary teacher)...
Transport:
10min drive to Mascot station
10min drive to airport
2min walk to buses (buses every, so many buses)!!
10min drive to Maroubra beach
It's in a nice quiet area, tucked away behind the lakes golf course and minutes away from Westfield shopping centre. The house has also just been freshly re-carpeted and has received a fresh coat of paint!
