| G'day
I am very soon moving into a flat in Altona North and I am looking for a housemate!
Its a neat little flat, got a lockable garage, rear courtyard, split system heating/cooling, brand new oven, polished floors throughout.. its quite smick.
I will be fully furnishing the flat, EXCEPT the available room.
The place is close to shops, shopping centres & all that bizz, its about a five minute drive to the nearest station but am fairly confident there is bus stops nearby.
The rent is 150 per wk & its a 600 buck bond.
We would split all the bills, electricity, gas, internet, water.
Me, I'm in my 20's, working and studying.
I am pretty easy going & relaxed, good for a chat.
I'm into outdoor adventures, vintage things, all kinds of music, & hitting the pub!
Would want to share with someone I can have a beer with at the end of the day, cook up the odd feast together, perhaps hit the pub with for a session every now and then etc.
Cat lovers only.. as my indoors only ragdoll cat lives with me, she is nothing short of amazing;).
Someone who is neat and tidy like me, but not anal or obsessive about it;)
I am moving all my furniture in on the 29/01/2014, so that is when the room is available! However I get the keys on the 17/01/2014 so we can arrange an inspection anytime after that date:)
