| I'm looking for a flatmate for my spare room! I am a professional and work full time. I have recently taken a lease on a property in Abbotsford and am looking to rent the out 2nd bedroom in a fully furnished apartment.
Rent is $265 per week (2 weeks upfront) + 4 weeks Bond (lodged with rental bond board)+ Bills as due, electricity & internet.
About the room: 2nd bedroom is large, bright and recently painted. It has, built in robes, ceiling fan, views and the carpets have been steamed cleaned.The room can fit a queen size bed (slat bed only will fit up the stairs!!) Room is empty!
The apartment is over 2 levels and is at the back of the block making it very quiet.Bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor. The bathroom is renovated bathroom with separate bath, perfect for a soak after a long day!! Kitchen has electric cooking appliances, and joining internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Open plan lounge/dining area is great for having people for dinner or watching a movie, the balcony leads off the living room and is perfect for a weekend coffee and sit in the sun, also has water glimpses. Only on street parking is provided sorry. Quick walk to the waters edge, the shops, public transport and the ferry, really, everything is at your fingertips!
Wireless ADSL 2 avail - $30 per month if you require internet.
Me, 28, female, professional who works full time in Willoughby. Not a party person, but enjoy having friends over and having a laugh. I enjoy coffee, cooking, friends and family. I could be described as friendly, bubbly and I am know for having a chat. I have lived with people before and know when to keep my distance. Don't mind kicking back on weekends listening to some music and pottering around the house!
You, Ideally someone who has a job and can pay the rent and be preferably 40 or under. Please non smoking, and have a respect for other people and their property, Clean and tidy and up for a laugh and a meal, but know when you have own personal space. Would be great if you had a sense of humor and a chilled out attitude! No pets thanks. Students - you will need to provide documents that you can actually pay the rent and bills! Couples- I think you are great but not really what I am looking for :) Thanks!
I am not a party person, I don't mind friends dropping around but I am not interested in partying all night long here!! ( I feel too old!!)
