| Hi there,
The room is perfect suited for a single person. There is a single bed available but this could be removable if need be. The room is unfurnished! The previous tenant bought a clothing rack of BIG W which is easy going (he was a guy though..)
The apartment is furnished with all kitchen appliances, 55 inch LED TV, Foxtel, Internet, large balcony (plenty of space for surf boards) and a 4 burner BBQ.
Only 150 meter of beach and 15 minutes bus ride to Manly. City would take you up to 40 minutes pending of traffic. Little shopping centre up the road and Westfield 5 minutes away in Brookvale.
You are not sharing with a guy (cause I'm the one who moves out but helping the current flat mate to find someone) but you are sharing with a 24 year old professional.
Preference that you are social, enjoy a laugh but understand the rules of a working professional.
Inspections are taking place this Saturday. Please contact me if you keen for a inspection. Rent is 250 a week excl. electricity bills only.
