| This is a special ROOM (completely furnished brand new) for a serious FEMALE overseas student who likes privacy and would prefer to avoid a share situation where one has to share kitchen facilities, fridge space, TV, etc.
This is NOT a SHARE SITUATION. You have your own space entirely.
The room for rent has the following:
a) CONVENIENCE - a top location in the heart of Randwick and a quick walk to UNSW, shops, gyms, medical services and transportation.
b) QUIETNESS – a particularly quiet room which does not suffer traffic noise
c) PRIVACY - the room entry is insulated from the other occupant by a separation door which means you can come and go as you wish, prepare meals whenever you like without the concern of disturbing anyone. Your space is entirely yours! No waiting around for others to finish.
It is an above average property in an expensive, highly sought after location (the eastern end of Arthur Street, Randwick) which is VERY convenient for anyone who appreciates the value and time saving of being close to everything you might need.
The room is fully renovated (from the ceiling down – everything new and fresh) and would suit a SINGLE student (The Room is STUDIO STYLE, i.e. self -contained).
The only shared facility is the bathroom. That will be shared with just ONE other person – a young female school teacher (30 yrs old).
The room has been freshly painted, has a new ceiling, study desk, new wardrobe, single bed, new flat screen TV and the exclusive use of basic kitchen facilities (microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge – all new).
This room would ideally suit a FEMALE ASIAN student who likes privacy and her own space.
It will cost more than the average student accommodation but it is above average in every way, mainly in privacy, convenience and quietness.
$300 per week - Negotiable.
All bills included in weekly rent – water, electricity.
