| Hi, my name is Sam and I am loosing my best friend and housemate in June as she is moving to the UK indefinitely. I am a retail store manager and looking for someone to take over the spare room becoming available June 1st. I am very clean and organised and take pride in where I live, so the person to share will hopefully be the same.
The room available is double size with built in robes and large window with leafy outlook. The room is completely unfurnished so all you need is your bedroom furniture.The apartment is huge and consists of separate large kitchen, large lounge/dinning with small balcony, separate toilet, laundry room and bathroom with shower and bath. The apartment is basically fully furnished with necessities you are welcome to use (fridge,microwave,coffee machine, washer/dryer, LED TV) as well as general furnishings. If you have furniture to move in I am happy to discuss however, nothing is needed apart from your own bedroom furniture.
The apartment is on the top floor and adjacent to Oorong Park and 100m to train station and less than 100m to tram stop on Malvern Rd. I have permit for street parking and it is always available right out front of the apartment block.
I am ideally looking for someone who works full time and happy to maintain a pristine living environment, however also making it a home. I don't go clubbing every weekend nor do I drink frequently, however I am not against it at all. I prefer not to have house parties but am more than happy to accommodate a few friends over for drinks etc. I am also gay and have a partner who may sometimes stay over, so I will only consider people who are okay with that.
rent is paid on the 1st of every month $900 with a bond of 4 weeks rent. Electricity/gas/water bills are split between 2 and wifi is available. |
