| Hi There,
I have a room available in a brand new apartment complex in Wolli Creek. The complex has jut been finished and it is an amazing place with city views and a beautiful relaxing feeling.
The apartment is completely finished with modern furniture and very stylish decor throughout, the room available is unfurnished. I can provide outdoor setting for your private balcony and desk and cupboard shelving if needed.
The room is a very good size with a private balcony and huge built-in mirrored wardrobes, the main bathroom is your private bathroom with a huge shower. The room is facing int the courtyard, so it is very quiet.
The complex is based 5 minutes from Woolworths & Wolli Creek Station, which has trains to the City every 10 minutes. It has 4 train lines and is a main station for Sydney. We are opposite the oval and the bay run and most Gym’s are within 5 minute drive from the apartment.
I am a very easy going person to live with and really just want someone who is happy, friendly, respectful and just a pleasure to be around with.
I am 25 years old and I am a Owner/Partner in a International PR Company. I do have an office in the City but I choose to work from home, as I am dealing with Media and Press around the world so I have no set hours. So you may see me up on the lounge on my laptop late most nights, but I will always take calls after 7pm downstairs so you can relax after work yourself.
I am looking for a clean & tidy person, who cleans up after themselves and who is respectful of my apartment and my furniture.
