| Hello,
I am traveling overseas therefore I need to get a lease take over.
You will have your own room be sharing the apartment with a lovely girl 22yr old girl Connie who works in a hotel full time.
There will be 1 Room in 2 bedroom apt for in a lovely South Yarra apartment.
Just off the corner of Chapel and toorak road. 1 minute walk to trams on Chapel Street and, 5 minute walk to south Yarra train station, close to supermarket/bottle shops/eateries and a stone’s throw to bars and nightlife.
LOCATION - the best bit!
- 5 min walk to South Yarra train station - train ride only 8 mins from the city
- Located between the number 8 tram lines - 2 min walk to tram stop
- 2 min walk to the Yarra River which has a heap of great walking/running/bike trails
- Neighboring suburbs include Richmond, Toorak.
- 1 bedrooms - the bedroom available comfortably fits a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, bedside table and shelves with bulit in wardrobe and huge window (refer to pics above). In saying this - could fit a queen size bed. Please note:
- Car parking: there is one undercover park, and free parking on street
--Downstairs communal Launderette
-- secure entrance to building accessible via security code.
Rent is $780 PCM
You will go on the lease.
