| The apartment has split reverse cycle air conditioning system and comes with double glazed windows. The 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
I have refurbished the entire apartment (except for the 2nd bedroom that is on offer) with brand new furniture and appliances. No expense was spared. Everything in the apartment from washer, fridge to smaller things like dust pan, decoration pieces are brand new.
Balcony looks out to the Garden, so the view is pretty nice. It has BBQ facilities, Gym, Sauna and swimming pool. But the beauty of this apartment is that once you're inside, it's very quiet as it has double glazed windows. I truly couldn't be luckier.
The kitchen has granite top and gas cooking stove. Other features include stainless steel appliances, double glazed windows, new carpet throughout, storage room.
The apartment is about 10 mins walk to the city, and not that I've counted, it's 7 minute walk to Broadway shopping center and about 10 min walk to Central station. Ian thorpe swimming pool is a stone throw away and Darling Harbour is couple of mins more walking distance.
I am looking to share this beautiful apartment with a responsible person who's neat and tidy, and can pay the bills on time; Someone who respects others space, and easy to get along with.
No Couple or people with pets, they are not allowed unfortunately in the apartment. Only one person can occupy the advertised room |
