| I'm a retired 60+ Chinese female who likes to live a quiet, simple life. I`m looking for a neat and tidy person (or a couple without kids) to share apartment accommodation. The person/couple must be non-smoker(s) own no pet(s).
This sunny apartment is: • 8 minutes walk from Blacktown station, medical centre, shops. • 10 minutes walk from Blacktown City Centre, where a major shopping centre (Westpoint) is located. Off street parking is available.
The room has a private balcony, built-in wardrobe, small desk and a bed. You will be sharing the use of: • Washing machine • Dryer • Fridge • Microwave oven • LCD TV, DVD player • Dining area • Bathroom/toilet • Kitchen • Lounge
Cost: • $170 per week for singles, OR • $200 per week for couples Water bill is included in the rent and electricity bill will be shared (I'm a light user of electricity). 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.
