What we are looking for in a housemate: -26+ years professionals only please -clean, hygenic and has lived with others before -needs to like dogs as I have a QUIET puppy who is a character but mostly sleeps -secure job - NO couples please. -drama free
About us: -Jen and I are both in our 30's, work in the fitness and martial arts industry who lay pretty low. -we like to occassionally entertain friends, chill out and have a glass of wine or just watch some movies -Ralphie is a 18 month old French Mastiff, a sook, plays and lives mostly outdoors and really just sleeps.He is well trained, lays low and hassle free. -We both keep the place pretty clean, the fridge stocked with healthy food and have known each other for a decade so the house runs pretty smooth.

Large three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with timber floors. Bultin wardrobes in all bedrooms. Spacious modern kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher. Sun room, plenty of storage space throughout. Massive double lock up garage. Wine cellar & extra ancillary accommodation. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no local traffic.
Heaps of parking and storage if need be.
