| Hi - I am looking for a professional person to take over a room in a two bed apartment I have been renting for last 2 years. The person whom I have been sharing with moving back to Europe for work. As the pictures show this place is awesome: it has a large balcony, is fully furnished and the room available is a confortable double room with built in wardrobe and drawers. It is approx 50m from the beach and right in the heart of the bondi cafe/restaurant area. The added benefit is that Roscoe street is a cul-de-sac so it is still fairly quiet and residential. Full wifi etc The room is available from 2nd week in July. References and bond up front are required. Cheers and look forward to hearing from you
