| Hi,
I am spending an increasing amount of time at my boyfriend's place, meaning that it is a bit of a waste to not offer my little studio apartment to a room mate. Basically, you would have the studio flat entirely to yourself most of the time, with me making a guest appearance and sharing the space maybe once or twice a fortnight.
The studio is very centrally located, it is a stone throw from Central Station and you can walk to Sydney's central business district from here.
It is also very close to shops, restaurants and bars, parks, gyms and public swimming pool. Oxford Street is a mere five minutes walk away where you can easily hop on a bus straight to Bondi.
The studio flat features new furniture, stove and fridge, and has a washing machine and dryer downstairs.
The unit is safe and has very nice neighbours.
You would be sleeping in a double loft bed and I would sleep in a separate bed on those very occasional nights I would be sleeping in the studio, too.
As the apartment is fully furnished, you do not need to bring anything.
However, it would be good if you had your own blanket, linen and towels, however, I can lend some if necessary.
There is a bond on the place as all the furniture, stove and fridge are new. It is however an older style flat with a small ensuite bathroom.
Obviously, this arrangement would only suit a female.
