| Bedroom ensuite available in a large 3-room sharehouse in Kensington. Features a walk-in wardrobe and large private bathroom attached. Room also has heating and air-conditioning.
The house is located a short 5-min walk from Public Transport, shops and cafes. It has a large kitchen and backyard, as well as air-conditioning and a fire-place. Street parking is readily available.
You'll be sharing with Simon and Alex. Simon is a 24 year old IT geek currently studying, and Alex is 22 and works full-time. We are looking for someone quiet clean and courteous to join the household. No ‘party’ people.
Move in date: August 15th.
Rent: 840 p/m.
Bond: 840
Rent and bond are both due on August 15th. We’re on a month by month lease.
Bills are split equally. Net and line rental is an additional $20 per month.
We'd love to hear about you, and can hold inspection/interviews on week-nights or weekends and are looking for someone to move in immediately on weekend of August 15th.
