| Hi all, I have a room for rent in a awesome 2 bedroom terrace in St Peters.
I am an early 30 something year old single male working in the city. I am house trained, laid back, respect other housemates and their privacy and would expect the same from you. I have lived here for about 2 years and the second room has recently become available, I have a friendly 6 year old staffy who will probably want to be your best friend, so if you like dogs then read on...
The room is $285 P/W plus bills (bills are: internet (super fast cable - which is paid monthly), electricity & gas (paid quarterly), netflix/hulu plus (if you don't know what that is, it is endless movies and tv shows and is only about $10 a month) and washing machine rental (which is paid monthly - unless you have one then that could go, but i'm looking at purchasing one soon anyways so that bill will go regardless). Bond is 4 weeks rent $1140 and if you ever need to move on 2 weeks notice.
The room itself is a decent size (unfurnished) and has previously had a queensize bed in it with my previous housmate so you get an idea of the size.
The house is fully furnished (except for the bedroom), with huge backyard and shed for storage. The picture of the bedroom has things in it still but will be moved out this weekend, but i just wanted to post a pic so you get an idea. It is about 8mins walk from St Peters station, close to marrickville metro, about 10mins walk from the start of awesome awesome king st/sydney park and opposite simpson park. There is also loads of street parking all around here.
