| Room for rent in Thornbury unit above MG Auto. Travellers/short stay welcome. 86 tram at your door step, 5 min walk to Croxton train station. Walking distance to heaps of great places to eat and drink - Wesley Anne, Northcote Social Club, Thornbury Local, etc.
Recently renovated, the place is clean and nice. Light filled, LED lighting, new bathroom with bath, separate laundry, and double blinds. Very secure. There are two balconies. One large balcony out the back which is great for the warmer weather and BBQs. And one off the available room, which is shared with the lounge room. Unfurnished room. Bills will be split and bond is $1000.
About me: James, 31, currently working as a merchandiser. I enjoy live music, sport, photography and will never say no to a beer. I'm pretty friendly and easy going. I'm vegetarian but not fussed if meat is around. Outside smoker.
