| Hello!
This is a lovely spacious semi-detached home in Dulwich Hill with public transport at your doorstep. It's near Dulwich Hill and Petersham station and has buses that do directly to Syd Uni and Newtown.
The bedroom is very big with a built-in wardrobe and polished wooden floors. There's also a lovely sunny balcony and a living room that will be primarily used by the new tenant. The kitchen is a great size as well with a dining table in the centre.
I'm looking for a working professional or a student. Someone that works or is studying during the day is ideal and obviously someone who is reliable with money and knows how to clean up after themselves.
You'll be sharing the place with just one other person so you'll have plenty of space to yourself.
It's a creative household so it would be a plus if you liked music and art. :)
