| I am currently looking for a flat mate to share my cute 2 bedroom unit in the posh part of Surrey Hills. The room that is currently available is the master bedroom which features double inbuild wardrobes and huge space. The apartment is already furnished but please feel free to bring some things along if you require :)
The masterbedroom will be empty so please bring along your bed and any other furniture you require.
I am a easy going, friendly and fun person to live with. I work full time and enjoy going to the gym to keep fit.
The only bills will be electricity and gas. They are pretty low :)
Also happy to organise internet too. Bills will be halved of course.
Car space is available on the street and if you have furniture please feel free to store it in the large garage. Street and neighbours are friendly and warm. Its a safe neighbourhood and hold street parties 3x a year! Apartment is close to all public transport which includes 6min walk to the tram stop and 12 minute walk to the train station. Shops like Woolworths are close by less than 5 mins by car. Also 8 min drive to Camberwell shops and includes Rivoli cinemas, Genesis Fitness club, 24 hour gyms,Target, Woolworths, Coles plus trendy cafes and restaurants.
