| I am looking for a clean, friendly and easy going roommate (much like myself) to share my apartment
The room is the large Master bedroom which has it's own personal bathroom and large built in wardrobe
There is a large lounge room, modern kitchen and have never heard the neighbours through thick walls
The apartment is furnished, kitchen has all appliances and all rooms are air conditioned with laundry
From the top of 7 floors the balcony and sunroom have great views to Sydney - and yes, there is a lift ;-)
Less than a 10 minute walk to Macquarie Park Station and there is a bus stop at the front of the complex
The complex also has a pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts and some gym facilities with 24hr security
There is ample storage space in the lockable garage and room for a small to medium car to park also
Prefer Australian or European male or female applicants and no pets |
