| Hey,
Our apartment is on the ground floor and opens out to our own special back garden with views of the breaking waves at Tamarama and Bronte (Perfect spot to check the swell each morning without leaving the comfort of the living room.)
Perfect location right between Tamarama and Bondi Beaches (easy walking distance from both) and there is a bus stop for the 381 40m from the front door (or Bondi Rd is a short walk to get the 333).
The room easily fits a queen sized bed and beside table etc.
The kitchen and living room are furnished by us but the room will need to be furnished by yourself.
The surfboard rack in the Corner of the living room has a few spots spare now so we would love to share with a fellow surfer, or someone learning to love the waves.
Flatmates:
We are a couple in our late 20's early 30's (just dont ask which one is which ;) )
We both work full time in the City and are out most weeknights and a fair few of the weekends as well.
We are fairly easy going and enjoy living in a clean house that we can come home to relax in.
We both work fulltime but would love to meet prospective flatmates outside business hours. Flick me a text message or an email and we will arrange a time :).
