| Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Prahran. Onsite there is a swimming pool, gym, bbq area and garden. Our place is on the third floor, incidental exercise, you're welcome!! You enter into a light filled and tidy open plan living with the lounge room, dining area and kitchen, all fully furnished. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on this level (your room would be upstairs and all to yourself).
The bedroom is great, it easily fits a bed, drawers, and either a study area or sitting area (we have used it as both throughout our time here). The ensuite has ample bench and storage space, a real bonus.
Short walk to all Greville St had to offer - coffee, great food and places for an afternoon or evening drink. You can continue your stroll to Chapel St for more of the above or shopping galore!! You will be close to supermarkets, bakery, cheap produce and Dan Murphy's.
All forms of public transport within walking distance and only minutes on the train into the city (3 stations away on the Sandringham line)
The house mates are what makes every house a home and they have been fantastic housemates. Kate is a nurse and Emma is a teacher. Both very easy going who lead busy lives but are always up for a chat and glass of wine when they're around! Emma is also in a singing group, so you get the pleasure of occasional rehearsals (I am currently listening to some glorious christmas carols by the girls)
We are moving out to begin to pay our own mortgage, but have thoroughly enjoyed our time here; location and home atmosphere a plus plus!
We are really keen to find someone ASAP, so please get in quick. we are happy to move out prior to the 20th for you to get in and settled before christmas.
