| Hi All! My amazing flatmate is taking the leap overseas so I am looking for someone to fill her room. The place is a 2 bedroom, light and airy apartment in Maroubra, approx 200m walk to beach! The apartment is located in a quiet street and really close to the local shops and cafes. Also close to public transport.
The room is a regular size room, with a double built in wardrobe. We also have a study area, which can be utilised for additional storage if you need it. There is an amazing view of the beach out the huge window in the living area.
I am looking for someone that enjoys a relaxed life, is clean and tidy, doesn't party to hard, but enjoys a glass of wine every so often. I work Tues-Sat and am also studying, so would like someone who also fits into the 5 day work week category.
I have a fluffy cat who is absolutely adorable (although I may be somewhat biased!), so you will need to also be a bit of an animal lover. He is incredibly friendly and is always keen for a pat.
