| The room: large bedroom with large ensuit and walk in robe. Opens onto a back yard that is not accessible from the rest of the house.
The house: three bedroom townhouse in very central location. Open plan kitchen/dining, 2 bathrooms 3 toilets, front yard with bbq and outdoor setting, back yard is yours. Other two bedrooms and second bathroom upstairs.
The housemates: two professional guys aged 28. Very easy going and considerate. Work in the city, beer and bbq in Brunswick.
You: the room would suit a couple or a luxury loving single. Professionals preferred. Preferably able to commit to 4months plus.
I have loved living in this bright, spacious townhouse. The location is amazing (in a complex near the corner of Brunswick and lygon but set back for privacy). Let me know if I can answer any questions or if you'd like to arrange an inspection time. |
