| Hi I have a house with a spare bedroom which is available for rent. House is one year old and great condition, house is furnished such as kitchen, 2x tv areas, laundry with dryer and washing machine. At the moment there is myself-26 year old male and my partner 24 female, 19 year old female and a 30year old male who all work full time and are clean, quiet, respectful etc. You would need to share the toilet and bathroom with 2 other people but it ic cleaned 2-3 times a week by owner. It is very rare that everyone is home at once so the house is pretty quiet. Wifi and bills included. Also I have a pet British bulldog who is mainly outside but comes in every now and then she is harmless and fun to play with. Any questions please ask. I can furnish the room with a brand new bed, tallboy, bed side table and mattress and also a mini bar fridge at no cost. It is sitting in the garage waiting to be made up (see attached photo of exact package) If you think you could handle living in a house with 4 other people who love to chat and are clean but also enjoy their own space than let me know. |
